🤷🏼‍♀️ “But.. could we aim even higher?”
💡 Of course! :) That's when we thrive the most.
Stijlbreuk

The founders of Stijlbreuk have been running a successful and ambitious web development company for the past six years, but were wondering if they could aim even higher. Would they wake up in ten years feeling they could have been more impactful with their work, be a larger company, and should have developed their own product?

Stijlbreuk combined the What's up and Scale-up paths.

The Scale-up
In a two-day workshop the rest of the team got involved to define the ways of working, what the perfect team should look like, created a new value proposition and looked at the perfect client. Moreover, the vision was distilled in specific five, one and quarter SMART goals. Each of the goals were assigned a lead and sub-leads across disciplines. In this way the team learned to approach the set goals from multiple perspectives.

What's up

The vision and values between the partners needed to be sharpened. This happened during a one-day workshop and later by continuous support with group sessions and one-on-ones.

In order to make sure the set goals were implemented, GBG was in-house to observe where operational improvements could be made. For example in meeting structures and resource scheduling. Moreover one-on-ones with the team and periodical evaluations on the progress of the strategy implementation were executed.

🚀 As a result: there is more transparency between the team, and a motivation to reach the companies goals together.
